Lose Weight And Re-Gain Your Health

Imagine waking up each morning having had a great night’s sleep and really looking forward to the day ahead. Imagine feeling that you are in control of your life. Imagine that feeling well every day is a natural part of your life

Waking up feeling energized and ready for the day ahead is something that we can all achieve if we look after ourselves properly. Most of us know that all we have to do is eat a healthy diet, take some exercise and maintain a realistic weight but come unstuck as to how to put this into practice.

Understanding how your body works and how to make good lifestyle choices need not be onerous. Too many people think that to maintain a good weight and be healthy means leading an absurdly boring lifestyle. You need to learn to make the right choices so that not only do you benefit, but so does your family. Nearly everybody can benefit from talking to a wellness coach:

Do you want to lose/gain/maintain your weight in a healthy way?
Do you want to increase your energy levels?
Do you want to stop falling asleep in front of the television?
Do you want to have more time for yourself/your hobbies/your family/your husband/your children?
Do you want to have the energy to take up new leisure pursuits and hobbies?
Do you want the energy to do your job better?
Do you want to fit into your clothes?
Do you want to look/feel more attractive?
Do you want to be more attractive to the opposite sex?
Are you frightened your children are embarrassed by you because you are overweight?
Are you afraid that your health will suffer?
Do you suffer from under active thyroid, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, breathlessness, arthritis or sore joints, depression, lack of confidence?

If you reply yes to any of the above you are in the majority in the UK. However, it is not hard to make some changes, as long as you are really serious about taking back control of your life.
